I have been watching my hot water service slowly rusting away, so I got talking to my neighbour who had used your company with very happy results.
I looked up the website and rang the 1300 phone number. Taryn answered.
I was immediately impressed by her energy, knowledge and enthusiasm. No question was too small and she treated me with respect. She organised a time for the installers to come and quote the job.
The installers were Nathan and Jake. Excellent! They gave me a courtesy phone call to check convenience as they were running a little ahead of time.
Nathan has a wonderful way of managing people, and Jake was able to show his skills when quoting, still having the ability to listen and implement advice, and take the lead where necessary.
I also like the structure of your company, as the men were able to use a full hour to complete a thorough job on a Free Quote; explaining details along the way, climbing up into the ceiling etc.
I felt confident signing up with you, and happily paid the deposit.
Taryn emailed the details promptly; and followed up with a phone call regarding the electrician and timing etc. She then said “…leave it with me; I will make it happen!” So Great. This young lady brings solutions, not problems. She has a manner which would do any company proud in the front line.
I look forward to Nathan and Jake installing the hot water service next Tuesday. They obviously enjoy their work and show respect for the business displaying thoroughness, energy and a willingness to be of service. All whilst keeping a sense of humour!
Little things make a difference, and some trades people I have dealt with in the past, do not realize this!
