Really good to deal with over the phone, I was offshore and had limited phone service but the transaction was made super easy with follow up calls direct to my tenant. They had to organize leak detection then send someone to repair the leak and it all happened in the same week even with the delays via phone.
When I got home I couldnt even tell where they had done the repair and had to be shown by the tenant.
They are in my phone now and will be first plumbing option I call from now.
